Respected and recommended @coachzoelewis (as she’s known on social media) works across organisations from director level through to frontline colleagues tapping into their hidden potential.

Clients are always happy to recommend her and their feedback reflects that she is warm, personable, frank and funny. She is comfortable working with clients who speak ‘business language, equally she’s easy to talk to in everyday ‘human’ language, with those who simply ‘say it as it is’ and she doesn’t shy away from bad language if that’s the client’s preference.

With a keen interest in neuroscience and the psychology of behavioural change Zoé helps clients identify patterns of behaviour and how these can be altered through neuroplasticity, to develop alternative patterns of behaviour, overcome barriers and achieve objectives.

With a specialism in developing emotional intelligence, she role models this through her coaching, to both support and challenge clients in equal measure.

Examples of coaching engagements:

  • Working with a senior executive who had received poor performance feedback, Zoé implemented an Emotional intelligence 360° assessment (EQ360®), facilitated feedback & coached him over a 9 month period. The follow up feedback from all interested parties reflected significant positive behavioural change and increased people engagement

  • Coaching a director who had experienced a number of negative reviews and was at risk of leaving the organisation. Over a period of 7 months, he opened up about issues and identified development. Fast progress was made and commented upon by stakeholders – a further follow up at month 11 – confirmed the changes had been sustained and the individual was continuing to develop himself and others – through great coaching himself

  • A newly promoted ‘Head of’ was taking on her first senior leader role and was struggling with the feelings of ‘imposter syndrome’. Focused coaching and behavioural change techniques over a 6 month period, combined with support and honest feedback helped her release her inner confidence. She was able to say “I feel like I belong at the table”. The stakeholder feedback was that the change was quick and effective.

Zoe has worked with our organisation for many years and is a trusted and well-respected coach and facilitator. She has been instrumental in designing and delivering our management programme and coaching sessions. As a coach, I personally find her to be caring and supportively challenging in a way that helps you get to the route of the issue and form an action plan to resolve it. Very empowering! I recommend her to everyone I can.

Zoe facilitated my Initial Leadership Programme 12 months ago and has been my personal leadership coach throughout the programme. Her coaching has been a successful part of my personal development as I have been able to think through objectives to tackle procrastination outside of work, time management and personal goals, achieving much success. Zoe has helped me to self-coach myself and think through targets and goals productively in my day to day life.

Zoé was professional, caring, and a great coach to me over the last year. She gave me the skills to reach my potential within my career, and the ability to be able to help myself reach my goals in the future, and I am extremely grateful to her. She is enthusiastic, clearly loves her role, and is extremely knowledgable in helping her clients. I highly recommend Zoé as a coach.
