Examples of coaching engagements:

 

  • Working with a senior executive who had received poor performance feedback, Zoé implemented an Emotional intelligence 360° assessment (EQ360®), facilitated feedback & coached him over a 9 month period. The follow up feedback from all interested parties reflected significant positive behavioural change and increased people engagement

  • Coaching a director who had experienced a number of negative reviews and was at risk of leaving the organisation. Over a period of 7 months, he opened up about issues and identified development. Fast progress was made and commented upon by stakeholders – a further follow up at month 11 – confirmed the changes had been sustained and the individual was continuing to develop himself and others – through great coaching himself

  • A newly promoted ‘Head of’ was taking on her first senior leader role and was struggling with the feelings of ‘imposter syndrome’. Focused coaching and behavioural change techniques over a 6 month period, combined with support and honest feedback helped her release her inner confidence. She was able to say “I feel like I belong at the table”. The stakeholder feedback was that the change was quick and effective. 

Zoe has worked with our organisation for many years and is a trusted and well-respected coach and facilitator. She has been instrumental in designing and delivering our management programme and coaching sessions. As a coach, I personally find her to be caring and supportively challenging in a way that helps you get to the route of the issue and form an action plan to resolve it. Very empowering! Zoe facilitated my Initial Leadership Programme 12 months ago and has been my personal leadership coach throughout the programme.
