Sabine has an exceptional track record of working with senior leaders in complex organisations, creating momentum for organisational development and change. She draws on in-depth HR, talent and leadership experience gained over 20 years in a global FTSE 100 organisation. As a coach and consultant, she now specialises in executive and team coaching and bespoke leadership development.

Able to work effectively across different leadership issues and contexts, Sabine has acted as a trusted business partner and sounding board for leaders up to Board level. She combines organisational insight with interpersonal sensitivity and a cross-cultural / global perspective to help her clients develop themselves and their business. Focussed on outcomes, she brings a practical emphasis to all she does. At the same time, she cares deeply about the development of individuals and teams, building on strengths and discovering potential.

Clients report Sabine’s style to be personal, supportive and caring, yet challenging and direct when needed. She challenges clients to be open to feedback and behavioural change; bespoke 360 surveys and personality profiles are available to identify strengths and development opportunities. Using creative and systemic ways of working, she helps clients to step up as leaders and explore their organisational context and key relationships to gain insight and improve impact.

In her work with leadership teams, Sabine draws on systems thinking and experiential ways of working, with stakeholder and peer feedback being a key ingredient. Team coaching clients enjoy her collaborative and flexible approach and the space she holds for them to deepen working relationships and align on strategic priorities.

Bi-lingual in English and German, Sabine works in both languages.

There have been many challenges in transferring from another culture and working in a fast-changing, complex environment. I feel very lucky to have had Sabine with me during the transition journey. She was able to help me analyse the situation, prioritise the questions, stretch my thinking and challenge my way forward. Her style of calm listening and swift questioning works very well for me. I built strong trust with Sabine who is very inspiring as well as considerate.

This coaching raised my self-awareness to a different level and helped me to understand those around me much better and fine tune my behaviour to become a more effective and trusted leader. Sabine helped me to reflect my values and drivers and to deploy that positive energy for my personal and the company’s further development. Her grounded and hands on personal style made it easy for me to open up.

I was supported in my development by Sabine a few years ago, but have remained in contact with her and I've gone on to recommend her for other individuals. Sabine has a naturally calm and considered style, taking the time to position the requirements and expected outcomes of any sessions, which provided me with a real clarity of approach. Whilst we focused on specific scenarios in my coaching sessions, I have continued to use the tools and techniques we worked through in other situations and feel much more enabled within my work and career. I very much value my time with Sabine and highly recommend her work.
