Using Systemic Team Coaching as his primary approach, Terry is passionate about empowering teams by better understanding their own and other’s perceptions. This approach enables teams to work better as a team and improve communication among themselves and their key stakeholders. Terry additionally encourages teams to review their systems and processes to ensure better-run meetings and increased motivation of their direct reports.

Who Are You as a Leadership Coach?
I am Terry, an executive team coach and leadership facilitator.
I have spent a lot of time thinking about purpose and what I give back to the world. After much deliberation, I came up with the following answer.
My purpose is to give you a voice so that you can unlock your true potential. You matter, and it matters that you are able to be your authentic self.
What Is Your Approach to Coaching?
My approach is to purposefully listen to understand and ask questions to follow the interest. This is straight from Miles Downing’s - Modern Executive Coaching, and it resonated so much when I first came across it.
Listening and observing are key, followed by questions that challenge the mindset. I look at it as pulling a thread and ask the clients to pull it so that they can explore where that thought either came from or find out where it is going.
What’s Your Superpower, and What Are You Known For?
Enabling clients to understand their purpose and use it as a benchmark for their life. Once we understand our purpose, we can build a life that is meaningful and motivating.
I will challenge perceptions and ask the questions that make clients feel uncomfortable, as this is where the real learning happens, resulting in great leaps forward.

How Do You Bring Your Expertise to What You Do With The Leadership Coaches?
I am a qualified Systemic Team Coach Practitioner and Red Team Thinking Practitioner, which gives me the expertise to coach and facilitate board-level coaching interventions. I have worked in the Finance sector, Engineering, IT and FinTech industries.
I have also developed and delivered several leadership courses in many different countries in Europe and the Middle East and bring a wealth of experience that enables the client to see things differently.
My aim is to build rapport quickly by giving the client the experience of being heard. The world decides who you are based on the behaviours they see. I aim to be the coach that listens intently and challenges thought processes with purpose and integrity.
