A Chartered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience as an internal and external consultant specialising in leadership coaching, Nana designs and facilitates leadership development programmes, team coaching and senior team effectiveness.  

 

Valuing a holistic, strengths-based yet multi-pronged approach, Nana guides leaders in examining their habitual patterns, mindsets, and values.  In doing so, clients can explore how these were formed and how they serve them before experimenting with new ways of being and behaving.

 

Working with people from the inside out, Nana assists clients in cultivating better self-awareness and authenticity and creates a safe space where people, individually or collectively, can be seen and heard. From here, leaders can align their life purpose, meaning and values with those of the organisations that they lead. In a complex, uncertain, and changing world, making wise and values-based choices has never been more crucial for leaders. Nana has been my executive coach for the last 18 months following promotion to a Director position at one of the world’s largest and most successful financial services companies.
