Identified in parliament by Rt Hon Caroline Nokes MP as a menopause guru, Jo is an executive coach and specialist menopause coach who supports women and workplaces in understanding menopause.
Known for working with leaders who are seeking support in working out how to get the best from their team, Jo's approach is to equip women through increasing their knowledge and understanding, signposting to good, evidence-based information, and listening well so clients leave coaching sessions with the confidence to make informed, positive decisions.
Using the Enneagram tool to help people explore their values and passions more deeply, Jo works with women and workplaces to ensure they have the information they need before seeking new ways of working or solutions to their particular challenges.
As a coach, Jo acts as her client's co-thinker, helping them become more self-aware and to identify the things that are holding them back so they can move towards growth and change.
