Having previously held roles including the global CFO of the Japanese company Benesse and other organisations including Ford, Delphi, Avon, Becton Dickinson, and McCann Worldgroup, Arif understands the challenges executives and CFOs face within the workplace.
With his own first-hand experience, Arif has helped develop C-Suite leaders and high potentials at multinational firms including Coca-Cola, Ogilvy, IG, and Allfunds Bank.

Fluent in English, Urdu, and Japanese, outside of coaching, Arif is a Professor of Leadership and Management at a major university in Japan and was recently awarded the President's Global Education Award for teacher of the year.
